TERMS OF SALE
#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

#5.) Shipping: The freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge. - Items in stock are shipped within 2 to 7 business days. We will notify you if your purchase is out of stock. Items will be automatically shipped when they become available. We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship via USPS. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes
#6.) Your Home Store and More is not responsible for any state or federal tax, customs, duties or other government fees that may apply to the shipment.
#7.) Cancellations: Subject to Your Home Store and Mores' acceptance and terms, this will indemnify against any loss.
#8.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to www.yourhomestoreandmore for any shipments.
#9.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from date of purchase.
#10.) Returns: Our company prides its self on quality, value and service. Within 7 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us with in the 7 days for a full refund on items that are in new and saleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by Your Home Store and More within 14 days from our Return Authorization.
#11.) Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at Contact Us or phone 515-971-7913. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse.
